The clinic is open and I want to reassure you that I have been working hard to meet the recommended government safety guidelines. In addition to making changes to the clinic, there are also some key processes that I am asking my clients to adhere to. To keep everyone safe in and around the house, both for my clients, myself and our families, I am introducing new protocols, some of which will be mandatory. Please take the time to read this information as these processes will apply to every single client who comes to see me for the near future.

If you are experiencing any symptoms or feel unwell prior to your appointment, do let me know and we will reschedule your appointment to a date at least 14 days later.

Please arrive for your appointment on time. Wait in the porch, do not knock, I will open the door for you. Please do not attend for your appointment early. If you are early for your appointment, I will ask that you remain outside the house until I open the door for you. This idea is to limit the contact with surfaces from the minute you arrive until you leave.

Every person, upon entering the house, will need to sanitise their hands and have their temperature taken. Hand sanitiser will be available in the porch.

Masks are obligatory from the moment you have sanitised your hand outside until you have left the house.

Please ensure you have been to the toilet prior your appointment. If you are travelling from far and need to use the facilities, I will treat all surfaces as contaminated and will disinfect the toilet before and after use.

Prior to your arrival, I would have disinfected all surfaces in the clinic room, the hallway and the porch. A checking list is in place to avoid any oversights.

All patients are required to come alone.

If you think you will need a drink while you are in the clinic, we ask that you bring a bottle of water.

During working hours, only clients will be allowed to use the front door. The family members will be using the side gate to access or leave the house.

I am very much looking forward to welcoming you into the clinic again in a way that ensures we are able to prioritise the health and well being of everyone.
